Biblical Illiteracy and Deception

I’m going to be blunt. Christians have absolutely no excuse for remaining biblically illiterate. Unfortunately, that is the state of most Christians today. As we approach the last days of this age, it’s imperative that we have a working knowledge of the entirety of scripture. After giving them a detailed teaching about what to expect as the end times draw near, Jesus told His disciples “Take heed that no one deceives you.” (Matthew 24:4) “Take heed” here is the Greek word blepo. It means to perceive or discern, have the power of understanding. In other words, Jesus said; obtain the power of understanding My word so that you will not be deceived. This “power of understanding” comes from deep study of our bible and allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal God’s direction for our lives. Simply attending a Sunday morning service and a once a week bible study will not suffice.

Wide spread deception is already here, dominating media, governments, all sorts of social constructs, and yes, even our families and churches. We have no choice but to be individually prepared to deal with this deception even to the point of suffering intense persecution. And, its going to get worse. Much worse.

Just think about the amount of time we spend entertaining ourselves and browsing the internet and social media. If we spent equal time in God’s word, we would quickly become proficient in rightly handling scripture both to our benefit and to those in our sphere of influence. Most importantly, we would not be ignoring the primary means of communication to us directly from our Creator. We have in our possession a long love letter from our Master. We would do well to not ignore it. And, we would avoid the biblical illiteracy that leads to deception.

I hope that being this blunt doesn’t offend you. We all need to be strong in His Word.

UFO’s and the Bible

A few years ago, I posted a short article on ufo’s, aliens, and the bible. Because of the renewed interest in ufo’s due to congressional hearings currently ongoing in the US I thought it might be good to repost that article. Here it is:

Et’s, UFO’s, and the Bible

You may recall news of a UFO cult called Heavens Gate, that committed mass suicide in 1997. They were following a couple who claimed to be the two witnesses of Revelation. They believed that physical death would allow them to ascend to a space ship associated with the comet Hale-Bopp. Thirty nine of them died in this incredible deception. Jesus warned us that the last days would be filled with deception. The belief in super-intelligent life forms piloting UFO’s is wide spread in our day. Various unexplained sightings, alien abductions, reports of ancient alien visitations, the popularity of sci-fi movies, government cover ups, etc. fuel this belief. Even the bible is used as a source of belief in extra-terrestrials. Following is my take on this subject.

First I’ll make a simple observation about UFO’s. They’re unidentified. Until such a time arrives that we have clear visual and mechanical details complete with inspection, even the most controversial incidents will remain just that; unidentified.

Next, lets get into the bible. All the descriptions of so-called UFO’s in the bible, such as Ezekiel chapter 1, constitute visions where the prophet is given a glimpse into the spirit realm. There is a spirit realm where God and His angels reside, but it remains outside of the physical realm we inhabit. These visions do not depict UFO’s from another place in our physical universe. Various commentators try to invoke the “fornicating angels” theory whereby the Nephilim of Genesis are making last days appearances in UFO’s. A sound rebuttal of this theory is contained in the article permanently linked below entitled “The ‘Sons of God’ and the ‘Daughters of Men'”. Yes, angels do appear in this physical realm from time to time as clearly seen in the bible, but, only as God’s messengers, not UFO pilots. And yes, we do need to be wary of Satan and his minions. They will as Jesus said “….show great signs and wonders to deceive….” (Matthew 24:24). “Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.” (2Corinthians 11:14)

Does the bible allow for beings from other than planet earth to exist elsewhere in the universe? Specifically, beings much more advanced than humankind in order for them to travel impossible distances to get here? In the beginning, God and Jesus created man in Their image. ” Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness.” (Genesis 1: 26) “For man …. is the image and glory of God” (1Corinthians 11:7). These statement and others indicate that man as created by God was special in that he was God-like. Adam, before the fall, was the smartest being ever created with the exception being Jesus Himself. Adam was at a level where he walked and talked (communed) with his creator. If there exists in this universe advanced beings of greater intelligence than Adam, they would have to fit in between Adam and God. However, the fact that man was created in God’s likeness does not give room for such beings. IMHO, the bible does not allow for super intelligent ET’s that could pilot UFO’s across the universe.

But, you may be wondering, what about simpler life forms, plant and animal, could they exist on other planets ? Concerning this, the bible is silent. Life is only described here on earth and in the spirit realm. We can only speculate. On the third day of creation, God created the sun, moon and the stars. Then He “stretched them out” to the expanse we now see. This stretching is described in Isaiah 42:5,45:12, 51:13 and Jeremiah 10:12,and 51:15. For all you astro-physicists out there, this was the real “expansion” big-bang theorists try to describe. God doesn’t do anything without a reason. While we know He created this earth to be inhabited by His creation (Isaiah 45:18), He also had a purpose for creating the vast universe. I suspect His perfected creation after the millennial reign will be involved. Could God have designed vast Edenic real estate for His people throughout the universe to inhabit ? I’m only speculating, of course, but some sort of life may be awaiting us just as Eden was prepared for the creation of Adam. The Apostle Paul quoted Isaiah thusly; “”Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (1Corinthians 2:9). He also said this about when perfection comes; “For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.” (1Corinthians 13:12) The implication here is that Paul (and us) will “know”(have knowledge) just as God does.

So, to sum up, the bible seems to prohibit super intelligent life elsewhere in the universe, and thus, ET UFO pilots. However, I would not be surprised if non intelligent flora and fauna were to be eventually found on other worlds, most likely after His second coming. For now, UFO’s remain unidentified. We absolutely need to be prepared for all sorts of deception in these last days. I hope you’ll spend more time reading and studying God’s word then pondering UFO mysteries.

The Sign of the Son of Man

The apostle Matthew recorded a mystery spoken by Jesus when He was teaching His followers about His second coming during His Olivet discourse. Jesus said this: “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” (Matthew 24:30)  Jesus did not elaborate on what this “sign” was going to be, and it is only referred to once in all the bible here in Matthew. So, do we have enough info elsewhere in the scriptures to solve this mystery?

I used to think that the sign Jesus was speaking of was simply His physical appearance in the clouds. I’ve since come to think otherwise. Here’s why.

We know from scripture that no one has ever seen the Father. He is described as “invisible” in 1 Timothy 1:17 and Hebrews 11:27. He is called “unseen” in Colossians 1:15. John puts it this way: “No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.” (John 1:18)  “No one has seen God at any time.” (1 John 4:12)  Speaking of the Father, Paul says this: “Who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see.” (1 Timothy 6:16)

Knowing this leads to an inescapable conclusion. All the Old Testament appearances of God in physical form were of His messenger, that is, Jesus. Whether with Adam in Eden, Abraham in Canaan, Moses in the Sinai desert, etc, all were Jesus. Many bible readers make the mistake of associating these appearances with God, the Father.  Most of these appearances after the Jews departure from Egypt exhibited one common feature. A cloud.  It follows logically that this cloud is associated exclusively with Jesus.

Some examples: The Lord said to Moses “Behold, I come to you in the thick cloud.  (Exodus 19:9)  When the Lord came down on Mount Sinai: “Then it came to pass….a thick cloud on the mountain” (Exodus 19:16)  “Now the glory of the Lord rested on Mount Sinai, and covered it six days. And on the seventh day He called out to Moses out of the midst of the cloud. (Exodus 24:16)  “Now the Lord descended in the cloud and stood with him there , and proclaimed the name of the Lord.” (Exodus 34:5)  “Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.” (Exodus 40:34)  “Then the Lord came down in the cloud and spoke to him.’ (Numbers 11:25)  “Then the Lord came down in the pillar of cloud and stood in the door of the tabernacle.” (Numbers 12:5) “My servant Moses; he is faithful in all my house. I speak with him face to face, even plainly, and not in dark sayings; and he sees the form of the Lord.” (Numbers 12:7-8)  After Solomon completed the 1st temple: “And it came to pass when the priests came out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of the Lord, so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord” (1 Kings 8:10-11)  All of these Old Testament appearances were Jesus.

Luke says this of Jesus concerning His ascension: “Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.” (Acts 1:9)

It seems this cloud is usually present when the Lord Jesus is present in a supernatural setting. It’s never the Father, as the above quoted scriptures prove He cannot be seen in this physical realm. When this cloud is present, Jesus the Son of Man is present. Jesus manifests Himself out from the cloud and vanishes into the cloud. And, back to the topic of His second coming, this appearance will also be out of a cloud. The angels told the apostles watching His ascension “This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner  as you saw Him go into heaven.” (Acts 1:11)

I’m sure you are considering by now, as I have, that the “sign” of His coming mentioned in Matthew is most likely the cloud so often mentioned in scripture, always in conjunction with the Son as the messenger of Yahweh.

So, as the coming of our redeemer draws near, we should be aware of this specific sign of His arrival. We do not have many adjectives describing this cloud except that it is “thick” and shaped like a “pillar”.  I’m certain that the Holy Spirit will help us recognize the cloud at that time. What a sight that will be when our Lord bursts out of this cloud in all His glory! For, it’s then we’ll go to meet our King.

Red Heifer Excitement in Israel

Wars, Putin, Gog, Antichrist

The ongoing war in Ukraine continues to cause confusion amongst Christians about whether this will lead to the fulfillment of the Gog-Magog conflict described in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39. Therefore, I’m going to repost an article from a previous blog. I hope this helps.

There is much discussion currently in prophetic Christian circles about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine being a precursor of the Gog-Magog war described in Ezekiel chapters 38 & 39. The controversy all boils down to one question; is Russia Magog? Varying translations add to the controversy. NKJ: “….Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal.” KJ & NIV; “….Gog of the land of Magog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal.” (Ezekiel 38:2). Note in the NKJ “Rosh” is a place (noun) along with Meshech and Tubal. In the KJ and NIV, “rosh” is an adjective translated “chief”describing the prince (Gog). Thus, many take “Rosh” in the NKJ to be a wordplay on Russia, and Meshech and Tubal word plays on the Russian cities of Moscow and Tobolsk. Therefore, they conclude Magog is Russia and Gog the leader of Russia, currently Vladimir Putin. Adding credence to this view is the wording that Gog is located in the “far north” of Israel. (Ezekiel 38:5,15). Russia is certainly to the far north of Israel.

However, there is much to support the view that Russia is not at all indicated by these scriptures.

First, the word plays on Rosh, Meschech, and Tubal, have no place in proper word etymology.

Second, the words “far north” simply mean “north quarter”. Drawing an X through Jerusalem will reveal the territory described. The word “far” is added by the translators.

Third, the most reliable early middle east maps show Magog, Meshech, and Tubal as areas of what is currently Turkey.

Fourth, Psalm 120 gives the outer limits of Davids sojourning to escape the threats of King Saul “Woe to me that I dwell in Meschech, that I dwell among the tents of Kedar.” (Psalm 120:5). If David went as far north as Moscow to escape Saul, he would have had to travel over 1500 miles to the north of Israel! No, his travels ranged from Assyria in the north and Arabia in the south. It’s absurd to think that David traveled to Moscow. Meschech is not Moscow.

Fifth, the Hebrew word rosh (roshe) is used 598 time in the Old Testament. It always means “chief, top, head, or principle, never a geographical place. The Jewish new year is called Rosh Ashana meaning “head” of the year. Chief prince is the correct translation. There are many other circumstantial reasons why Russia is not Magog that are beyond the scope of this blog, but these five reasons should suffice. Of course, it is possible that Russia will be involved to some degree in the final conflict of this age, even being one of the ten nations allied with the antichrist, but she is not Magog and Putin is not Gog. For more info on the origin of the antichrist, search or scroll back on this blog to the post “Origin of the Antichrist”.

Marriage Supper of the Lamb

You’re invited to dinner. Not just any dinner, but a vast super banquet prepared by the Creator of the universe to celebrate the consummation of His Son’s marriage to His bride, the church. Everyone on earth will, in some manner, participate in this ceremony. The bride, of course, consists of those Jesus gathered to Himself at His coming. “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me ‘write: blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’” (Revelation 19:7-9)

In the Old Testament, God frequently used the metaphor of Israel as His “wife” who was mostly unfaithful to her Husband. There are many accounts of Israel “prostituting” herself from God by her worship of other pagan gods. In spite of all that, God spoke of mercy and forgiveness in the future. Speaking of that day, Hosea records: “And it shall be in that day, says the Lord, that you will call Me ‘My Husband’, and no longer call Me ‘my Master’. I will betroth you to Me forever; yes, I will betroth you to Me in righteousness and justice, in loving kindness and mercy; I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness, and you shall know the Lord.”  (Hosea 2:16, 19-20).  In the New Testament, the apostle Paul knew full well that his preaching was to prepare a bride for Christ.  “For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy. For I have betrothed you to one husband, that I might present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.” (2 Corinthians 11:2)

At least twice, Jesus used parables to describe this coming millennial wedding feast. While dining with many at the house of a Pharisee, Jesus said this; “Blessed is he who shall eat dinner in the kingdom of God.” (Luke 14:15). He then went on to relate a parable about an influential man who gave a great supper and invited many. Those invited began to give flimsy excuses for why they could not come, so he sent his servant out into the city streets, highways, and hedges to invite the poor, maimed, lame, and the blind, compelling them to come so that his house might be filled. (Luke 14: 16-24).  Another time Jesus taught again in parables: “The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for His son.” (Matthew 22: 2). Like the previous parable, the king sent his servants out inviting them to the wedding, but the invitees made light of it. They proceeded to beat and even kill his servants. The king was furious and sent out his armies, killing those murderers and burning their cities. He then sent his servants to the countryside and invited as many as they could find to the wedding banquet. At the wedding itself those who were found without wedding garments were taken away and cast into outer darkness. (Matthew 22:1-14). Jesus’s main point in these parables was to stress that His bride and wedding banquet guests need to heed His invitation and be properly clothed , without “spot or wrinkle”, that they may freely partake at His dinner.

Undoubtedly, this banquet will also fulfill the Passover as a “Seder of Seders”, marking the ultimate sacrifice Jesus made for His bride. At the last supper, Jesus said this to His disciples: “With fervent desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer; for I say to you I will no longer eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” (Luke:22:15-16). At this last supper, though He was their Master, He took on the role of servant, washing their feet and serving them bread and wine. So it will be at His marriage supper. He told His disciples: “Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning ; blessed are those servants whom the Master, when He comes, will find watching. I say to you that He will gird Himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them.” (Luke 12:35,37)

It’s difficult for the human mind to comprehend what this banquet will be like. It will be based in the world’s new capital, Jerusalem, and yet celebrated across the entire world. How Jesus and His Father will accomplish this while maintaining intimacy with each participant is unfathomable.  But we do know this; They will do it. And the Son and Bridegroom will be glorified through it all.

The Enthronement of Jesus as King

Jesus is coming back to this earth as “King of Kings”. His Father promised Him that in Psalm 2. “Yet I have set My King on My holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree: the Lord has said to Me, You are My Son, today I have begotten You. Ask of Me and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance and the ends of the earth for Your  possession.” (Psalm 2:6-8). Also, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be on His shoulder…Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord will perform this.” (Isaiah 9:6-7). Again, “Behold the days are coming, says the Lord, that I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; a king shall reign and prosper, and execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.” (Jeremiah 23:5). And “I was watching in the night visions, and behold, One like the Son of man coming with the clouds of heaven…then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which shall not pass away.” (Daniel 7:13-14).  Also, in Revelation “These will make war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords

and King of kings.” (Revelation 17:14). “And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” (Revelation 19:16)

Yes, after destroying evil in the earth and the armies of the antichrist gathered together against Him, Jesus will assemble those who come to Him during His glorious parousia in Jerusalem and declare His kingdom. We will then crown Him almighty King in the place He has chosen to reign from, Jerusalem, Israel, earth. Jerusalem will then be recognized as the capital of the world. “At that time Jerusalem shall be called The Throne Of The Lord, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the Lord, to Jerusalem.” (Jeremiah 3:17). “Thus says the Lord: I will return to Zion and dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. Jerusalem shall be called the City of Truth, the Mountain of the Lord of hosts, the Holy Mountain.” (Zechariah 8:3).  “And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.” (Zechariah 14:16)

What a wonderful world that will be when the government is on His shoulders! If you’ve ever wondered what is the best system of governance for nations, the answer is clear; a kingdom. Of course, that’s only true if you have a perfect king. And, that’s what’s coming.  When Jesus reigns, it will be with perfect justice, righteousness, mercy, love, and compassion. He demonstrated this while He was here during His earthly ministry. While He will rule with a “rod of Iron” keeping all evil under subjection, He will keep mankind from all wars, disease, natural disasters, hunger, poverty, and even death for all the resurrected saints. Satan will be locked up in the “abyss” so the great tempter of mankind will no longer be the “god of this world”. The “curse” that mankind has been under since Adam’s fall in Eden will have been lifted. This curse that even affected all of creation will be noticeably absent as the “lion will lie down with the lamb” and “the nursing child shall play by the cobra’s den”. (Isaiah 11:6’8). Long lifetimes will be restored to humanity.

We’ve recently witnessed the enthronement of an earthly king as England’s Prince Charles was installed as king. It was indeed a spectacular ceremony watched world-wide. Yet, all this pomp and ritual will pale in comparison to what will soon take place in Jerusalem. The entire world and the entire angelic realm will be present and observing as Jesus is crowned almighty King. No one will miss or fail to be a part of this event. “God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of the Father.” (Philippians 2:9-11)

I need to add here that we will rule and reign with Him as kings and priests subject to His authority. As resurrected saints we will facilitate His rule as intermediaries between Him and natural mankind left on the earth at His coming. We’ll all have government jobs!

Jesus’s Parousia (Glorious Coming)

Forty days after His resurrection Jesus defied gravity ascending upward into heaven into a cloud while His eleven disciples looked on. “And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, ‘men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.’” (Acts 1:10-11)

Jesus’s second coming will be the greatest event the universe has ever seen since creation. His physical explosion into the natural realm from the spiritual realm will be the epitome of supernatural. Jesus Himself described His coming (Gr. parousia). Amidst the cosmic darkness described in the previous post, the sky will erupt with blinding light. “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.” (Matthew 24:30,27).  This amazing spectacle of His coming will be seen all over the globe encircling the entire earth. Absolutely no one on earth will miss this event. “Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him.” (Revelation 1:7).

His return will reverse the curse mankind brought on himself through sin. Jesus will crush and destroy evil and set up His kingdom returning the Edenic relationship man had with his creator before the fall. The righteous followers of Christ, those who have accepted the Son and His sacrifice, will be privileged to walk and talk with their creator just as did the first man, Adam. And, they will be the first to meet Him when He appears. The word parousia implies the splendor of a returning victorious king with His subjects turning out to meet Him. “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And  the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.” (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

So, how should we prepare when considering this magnificent event? Jesus’s brother James said this: “You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.” (James 5:8).  The apostle John adds this: “And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.” (1 John 2:28). Establish your hearts. Abide in Him with patience. Good advice to build our confidence! His Parousia is sure and likely sooner than you think.

Cosmic Signs of Jesus’s Return

Jesus stated clearly that at the end of this age there would be unmistakable signs in the heavens at the end of the great tribulation just prior to His coming. “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.” (Matthew 24:29). “And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars, and on the earth, distress of nations.” (Luke 21:25). These prophecies, given during His Olivet discourse echo the Old Testament prophets Joel and Isaiah. Speaking of the day of the Lord, Joel prophesied: “For the day of the Lord is coming,…A day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, like the morning clouds spread over the mountains.” (Joel 2:2). “The sun and moon will grow dark, and the stars will diminish their brightness.” (Joel 3:15).  “Behold, the day of the Lord comes…For the stars of heaven and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be darkened in its going forth, and the moon will not cause its light to shine.” (Isaiah 13:9-10). The apostle John puts it this way in Revelation: “I looked when He opened the sixth seal and behold there was a great earthquake; and the sun became as black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.” (Revelation 6:12-14).  “And there were noises and thunderings and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake as had not occurred since men were on the earth.” (Revelation 16:18)

It is difficult to even imagine the intense turmoil occurring on the earth at this time.  Broad devastation will result. Thankfully, it will be short in duration. Try to envision a time of intense darkness interrupted by what appears to be vast meteor showers that strike the earth with ferocity and resulting smoke blotting out the sky day and night. Couple that with an earthquake that is the mother of all earthquakes, flattening everything from cities to mountains over the entire earth. All of this is part of God’s final judgment of evil on this earth. There is no escape for the wicked. The writer of Hebrews says this when recalling God’s similar past judgments: “See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, whose voice then shook the earth; but now has promised, saying,’Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also heaven.’ “ Now this ‘Yet once more’ indicates removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.” (Hebrews 12:25-27).  The things that cannot be shaken are those things God deems fit for the kingdom of His Son. Everyone and everything else will be destroyed.

We need to make sure that everything we are building on this earth is designed to last into the kingdom.  How can we know for sure that it will last? Simple. Just be sure the foundation of everything you build is on solid Rock. And that Rock must be Christ.

Digital Currencies-Prophetic Implications

If you read my previous post where I speculate about AI (Artificial Intelligence) and how both Mystery Babylon And the antichrist might use it to control mankind, you might find the attached video about digital currencies that the world’s banking systems are about to adopt very interesting. Prophecy teacher Nelson Walters highlights parts of an interview with G. Edward Griffin the author of “The Creature from Jekyll Island”, which is about the sinister origins of our Federal Reserve banking system. Griffin is a secular investigator critical of central banking systems. His take on the direction we are quickly heading compares favorably with the book of Revelation.
